Just wanted to drop you a note to say how pleased I am with the kitchen and sun room renovation done on my home in Royal Oak. Everyone is impressed by the final design, and I am thoroughly enjoying my renovated kitchen.
The project was completed in a timely manner.
Lori and I want to let you know how incredibly happy we are with out brand new kitchen. actually it is more than a kitchen; it has become the focal point of all social activity in our house.
Our house is a fixer-upper. Since the day we moved in, we have hired several contractors to perform many jobs inside and outside our house. We had poor experiences with most of them and had grown pretty jaded with contractors in general when we began shopping for our new kitchen.
We spoke to and received quotes from several reputable kitchen remodelers. We settled on you because of your honesty, your previous book of business and your personality. I told you what mattered most to me: 1) I want a contractor who makes promises and keeps them, 2) I want a contractor who is directly accountable for the entire job 3) I want a contractor who makes no excuses 4) I want a contractor who is creative in designing a plan and capable of changing it if necessary 5) I want a fair, competitive price for the job.
You exceeded all our expectations by delivering our dream kitchen in a timely manner. You had to adjust the plan as the job proceeded and you did so without sticking us with the extra cost.
A very important note: Lori and I are HUGELY appreciative of the effort Scott gave from day 1 thru the completion of our kitchen. He was your man on the ground who communicated with us on a daily basis. Scott’s patience, sense of responsibility and fairness, along with his attention to detail, made him a critical reason for our overall satisfaction. Scott, we hope you get a large Christmas bonus.
Thank you very much for your awesome contribution in making our house a home. It continues to produce jaw-dropping responses from everyone who sees it for the first time. We just hosted 30 people for Thanksgiving – comfortably. We even used the double-oven (the same one I swore was unnecessary!).
Let’s discuss moldings and the upstairs bathrooms next spring. Remember your Preferred Customer pricing when we start those talks.
Thank you – Thank you – Thank you!
